AI Content Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of Kuv Music, including the public website, create studio, prompt-to-music flows, Vocal mode, humming and upload workflows, generated audio, AI music-video generation, public share pages, downloads, and any future AI-assisted creator tools we provide.

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. If this policy conflicts with another product instruction, this policy controls for AI content safety and platform compliance.

2. Prohibited AI content standards

You must not use Kuv Music to request, generate, upload, publish, share, export, or distribute any of the following content categories:

• Sexual or NSFW content: sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, nude, or other adult sexual content, including sexualized prompts, lyrics, audio, cover art, or video instructions.
• Violence or gore: graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, credible threats, or content that encourages, celebrates, or instructs real-world physical harm.
• Hate speech: attacks, slurs, harassment, dehumanization, or calls for exclusion or violence against people based on protected traits such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.
• Child sexual abuse material and child unsafe content: CSAM, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, instructions that endanger children, or any content that presents minors in a sexual, abusive, or unsafe context.
• Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive use of another person's name, likeness, voice, persona, identity, or recognizable style to mislead others, impersonate a private person, impersonate a public figure, or falsely imply endorsement, participation, or consent.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: prompts, uploads, references, outputs, exports, or public shares that copy, imitate, misuse, or distribute protected songs, lyrics, recordings, artist names, logos, brands, characters, or other intellectual property without the rights needed for that use.

3. User responsibilities

• Use only prompts, lyrics, melodies, vocals, audio files, images, and references you have the right to use.
• Review generated outputs before sharing, downloading, publishing, monetizing, or using them for clients.
• Do not attempt to bypass filters, rate limits, moderation decisions, or account restrictions.
• Do not use Kuv Music to evade the content rules of another platform, marketplace, app store, or payment provider.

4. Content moderation process

Kuv Music may review prompts, uploads, generated outputs, public share pages, abuse reports, account activity, usage metadata, and support messages when needed to operate the service, investigate policy concerns, protect users, or comply with payment-provider and legal obligations.

• Automated safeguards may block, refuse, or limit requests that appear to violate this policy.
• AI providers used by Kuv Music may apply their own safety filters before or during generation.
• Publicly shared generated content may be reviewed after publication, especially when reported by a user or flagged by operational checks.
• Manual review may consider the prompt, generated result, account history, public share context, and any explanation supplied by the user.
• We may temporarily hide or restrict generated content while a review is pending.

5. Reporting policy-violating generated content

To report content that may violate this policy, email support@kuvmusic.com or use the Contact page.

Please include as much of the following information as you can:

• The public share URL, account email, project identifier, or other link that helps us locate the content.
• The policy category involved, such as NSFW, violence, hate speech, child safety, impersonation, or infringement.
• A short explanation of why the content appears to violate this policy.
• Your contact email if you want us to follow up.

6. Review and response timelines

• Child safety, CSAM, credible threats, and urgent safety reports are prioritized as soon as we identify them.
• Other reports are normally triaged within three business days after we receive enough information to locate the content.
• When a report requires more investigation, we aim to complete the first review within seven business days.
• Complex copyright, trademark, account-ownership, payment-provider, or law-enforcement matters may take longer.
• We may not disclose detailed enforcement outcomes when doing so would affect another user's privacy, security, or legal rights.

7. Enforcement actions

If we determine that content or behavior violates this policy, we may take one or more enforcement actions, depending on severity, repeat behavior, legal risk, and payment-provider requirements.

• Refuse generation, block prompts, disable exports, or prevent public sharing.
• Remove, unpublish, hide, or restrict access to generated content or public share pages.
• Warn the user or require changes before further access is allowed.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account.
• Clear, withhold, or forfeit generation credits connected to abusive, fraudulent, or policy-violating activity.
• Cancel access to paid features where permitted by law and the applicable checkout-provider rules.
• Report child safety issues, credible threats, fraud, or other unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

8. Appeals and questions

If you believe we made a mistake, contact support@kuvmusic.com with your account email, the affected content link or identifier, and a short explanation of why you believe the decision should be reviewed again.
